TOW VEHICLE ENGINEERING APPROVALS AND TRAY MODIFICATIONS.
We can setup your vehicle and the 5th Wheeler to complement each other.
The best way to start is for the customer to supply a Cab Chassis with a flat tray already fitted, or we can organise a variety of different styles of trays in aluminium, steel or a mixture of both. We can order-in or Custom build all this as well as other options you may require, like; Air Bag Systems, Storage boxes, Water tanks, Diesel tanks, Battery boxes , Generator and Tool boxes or whatever you may need.
We can set up the ball coupling to your vehicle in either a Standard fixed tray ball or a Drop-down ball that folds away flat to give full use of your tray.
At this point you may be asking yourself, why a Ball coupling and not a conventional Skid plate. We can do both, but we have found the Ball coupling to be easy to use, it is compact, economical, and it gives good horizontal articulation in all directions. Ideal for those twisted positions you can get into both off-road and on-road.
The Tow coupling and Ball are ADR Approved and rated to 10 Tonne. Once fitted, the vehicle it is then Engineer Certified a nd tagged.
We can also set up the vehicles 12Volt Electrical System with a variety of mod-cons. Charging Systems, Break Controllers, Reversing Cameras, Plugs and Lights. Everything can be handled in-house by us to give you Piece of Mind that it is all set up to complement the 5th Wheeler and make your life a little easier.
